Crosby House, the other half of the project at 210 Lafayette by Andre Balazs, is a separate boutique-like building with a unique reinterpretation on "Loft" lifestyle and residential architecture poised between Soho and Nolita. The 6-story building a testament to harmonized form and function. Noted Architect, Richard Gluckman has designed the interiors that carry through the same precepts of movement, contrast and texture of this building he created. The finishes consist of solid ash wood flooring, oversized windows, and 11' ceilings. White carrera marble counters and back splashes are highlighted with gray lacquered cabinets and white laminated glass fronts. The baths boast over-sized soaking tubs and separate showers highlighted with Blue de Savioe marble and white lacquered cabinets Additionally, there is access to a 24-hour concierge, a fully equipped gym, and an on-site building manager
